Project Brief
Design of Structure, civil site works infrastructure and building drainage. Usage includes 420 car spaces, Administration areas and University Student Accomodation.
Key Challenges
Major excavation adjacent existing infrastructure. L4 podium and transfer structure.
Result
Project was essentially a fast track project with staged design, similar to a design and construct model. Project was successfully delivered on time on budget.
